Host Your Retreat at Sanctuary Burringbar
Maximum Occupancy: Sanctuary Burringbar features 8 bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds or one queen-size bed, allowing for a total of 16 people to stay in the cabins. Additional day-trippers, tents or camper-vans are to be discussed with Sanctuary Burringbar in advance. The individual or organisation booking Sanctuary Burringbar acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these occupancy limits; any damages or violations arising from exceeding these limits are the sole responsibility of the booking party.
Insurance Requirements: All retreat facilitators must provide valid insurance documents upon booking and maintain active insurance coverage throughout the retreat. The booking party is solely responsible for any liabilities, injuries or damages incurred during their retreat, and agrees to indemnify and hold Sanctuary Burringbar harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from their use of the property.
Governing Law: The Law of New South Wales governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation. By booking Sanctuary Burringbar, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales for any legal disputes arising from your reservation or use of the property.
Payment Details: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to check-in. A valid credit card is mandatory for a security bond on all bookings. Cancellation prior to 60 days before the retreat results in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit; cancellations within 60 days offer no refunds. Sanctuary Burringbar assumes no responsibility for facilitators using our property, and any financial or contractual obligations are solely the responsibility of the booking party.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted in designated areas only at Sanctuary Burringbar.
Noise Policy: No loud music after 8pm, and please be mindful of our neighbours and fellow guests by minimising noise generally after 9pm. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security bond and the right to request noisy individuals or groups to leave the premises immediately.
